Hennessy sought to strengthen its affinity within the African-American community by requesting the Marcus Graham Project to spearhead creative programming that champions Black excellence and prosperity by way of Black entrepreneurship.

Embracing the spirit and legacy of Tulsa, Oklahoma’s Black Wall Street, I created subtle but meaningful key visual to introduce the Spirit of the Hive concept to its internal stakeholders.

This concept later evolved into “Dear Destiny” and inspired the ideas behind the campaign featuring Nas and the Never Stop Never Settle Society, a Black business growth accelerator funded by Hennessy.
